Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
TilePop NZ currently ships to addresses within New Zealand only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- North Island: 1–5 business days
- South Island: 2–7 business days
- Rural addresses: Please allow additional delivery time.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, public holidays, or peak periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
- Courier rates
The final shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-Orders
TilePop NZ offer products on a pre-order basis.
A pre-order allows you to reserve stock before it arrives in New Zealand.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Delivery may take approximately 1–2 months from the date of purchase.
- Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to shipping, customs clearance, supplier schedules, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We will keep customers informed of any significant delays.
- If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be offered a full refund.
Where a product is available for pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of any damage
We will work with you and the courier company to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate at checkout.
TilePop NZ cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
